We’d like to map our video output with MadMapper through Syphon. We can see the option “VideoSync Layer 1 to 4” in MadMapper, but it doesn’t receive any video.
Are you guys familiar with this? And do you have a solution to this problem?

I can’t reproduce this problem with a demo version of MadMapper. Are you sure you’ve put a ‘SyphonOut’ plug-in on the track you’d like to get into MadMapper and set it to the right layer?
In your case, you’d probably want to put the SyphonOut plug-in on the master track, like in the screenshot below:
